Our Projects started with a question: what happens when four people try to make something — and discover that the greatest obstacle is not the deadline, not the tools, not each other. But themselves.
That question became a game. The game became a universe. The universe is still expanding — but it is rooted in one conviction: that the most powerful creative experiences are the ones that make you recognize something true about yourself that you did not know how to name before.
Our Projects makes psychological experiences that feel like playable films. Stories that reward patience. Worlds that exist in more detail than a single game can contain. Archives that outlast their own narratives.
It is built in Indonesia, from a culture whose specificity is an asset, not a limitation. It is built for everyone who has ever been afraid to finish something they cared about.

Worlds that exist beyond their games. The city of Varek has a history, a sky full of things that never fully cleared, and a boarding house where the basement is always slightly warmer than it should be.

Our Projects is founded and built by Dwiky — a creator based in Malang, Indonesia, who started this universe because a room full of people he respected were all afraid of the same thing, and none of them were saying it.
The first project is a game. The universe is larger than one game. Both of those things are true simultaneously, and the website exists to hold both at once.
This is being built honestly. That means: not always quickly, not always confidently, but always with conviction about what it is trying to say.
